Start once the wound has fully closed, is dry and any stitches or staples are out — often about two weeks after surgery, but your surgeon's assessment comes first. Never apply Scarless to an open or unhealed wound.

Apply a thin layer twice a day, morning and evening. The recommended course is 2–3 months of consistent use; older, larger or established scars often need longer.

Scarless is fragrance-free and suits sensitive skin once it has fully healed — try a patch test first if skin is very sensitive. For a child's scar, ask a doctor or pharmacist before use.
