    Scarless layers several silicones: a fast-spreading silicone glides the gel on thin and even, then lifts away, while a film-forming silicone sets into a breathable, water-resistant sheet that seals and protects the scar. Once dry, cosmetics or sunscreen can be applied over it.

Routine

Thin layer, twice daily, 3 months or longer

Older and more established scars respond more slowly. Keep applying a thin layer twice daily, morning and evening; a full course runs three months or longer.
