This Privacy Policy explains what information the Scarless website collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. The website is operated by Al-Mutaadida for Cosmetics Manufacturing, the company that owns the Goodness Care brand. It is the controller of the personal information described here. This policy applies to this website.
What we collect
We collect personal information only when you contact us by WhatsApp or email: your name, your contact details, and whatever you choose to tell us about your company and your market. The site is hosted on Vercel.
How we use it
We use the information you send solely to respond to distributor and partnership enquiries. We do not sell it or share it with third parties for marketing. Enquiries reach our team directly by WhatsApp or email and are not stored in a third-party marketing platform. WhatsApp (Meta) and your email provider carry those messages under their own privacy terms.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Google Analytics 4 only if you accept analytics in the cookie banner. Until you accept, or if you decline, the Google Analytics script is not loaded at all and nothing is measured. Your choice is stored in your browser, not on our servers, and you can change it at any time from the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. If you accept, Google Analytics sets its own cookies and records standard usage data such as the pages you visit, your device type and an approximate location derived from your connection. Our own analytics events add only the page, its language, the section of the site (for example a country page) and which button was used — never anything you write to us. We do not run advertising or remarketing from this site.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as we need it to respond to you and to manage any business relationship that follows. You can ask us to delete it at any time, and we will do so unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have provided. To make a request, email khaled@goodnesscare.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
