Steady, year-round demand
Surgery, C-sections, burns, and acne leave scars across every age group — a consistent source of scar-care demand that doesn't depend on any single season or segment.
Distributor partnerships
We are taking Scarless and the rest of the Goodness Care pharmacy range into new markets in the Middle East, Africa and Western Asia. We are looking for established distributors to launch and build our brands in their territories. Our team in Amman supports you on regulatory, marketing, training and commercial matters.

The opportunity
Topical scar management is a steady, repeat-purchase pharmacy category — driven by surgical and C-section volumes, burn and acne scarring, and growing awareness that scars can be improved. Scarless stands apart from plain silicone-only gels: a multi-silicone barrier plus squalane and a stable vitamin C derivative, in one self-drying gel. For pharmacy partners, that translates to a differentiated product with a clear repeat-purchase cycle.
Surgery, C-sections, burns, and acne leave scars across every age group — a consistent source of scar-care demand that doesn't depend on any single season or segment.
High caesarean-section rates in many markets in the region, together with steady surgical volumes, create a stream of patients caring for fresh scars once they've healed — a natural, recurring entry point to the category.
Beyond surgery, customers seek help for old raised scars, burn scars, and raised acne scars — broadening the base well past any single procedure.
Scarless is used once the wound has healed, including on sensitive skin — giving the pharmacy an option it can recommend to a wide range of patients. The product information does not address use in children, so for a child's scar the advice is to ask a doctor or pharmacist first.
Category positioning informed by Goodness Care's experience across active markets and ongoing distributor conversations.

Where we're growing
These are the regions we are concentrating on now. Countries where we are actively looking for a Scarless distributor include Saudi Arabia, Syria, Sudan, Yemen, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco and Mauritania.
We are not currently appointing distributors in Europe, Southeast Asia, India, China, Turkey or Egypt.
What we offer
Goodness Care works with each distributor from market entry and launch through to long-term growth. The support below comes with standard commercial terms, at no extra cost.
Scarless is one of eight pharmacy products in our range, all listed on the About page. Partners can carry several of them instead of relying on a single SKU.
Documentation to support registration in your market: product documents, certificates, artwork, technical files, Certificates of Analysis and, where available, Free Sale Certificates. Our technical team works through the dossier with you.
Ready-to-use material in Arabic and English, including brochures, pharmacy flyers, product images and content for social media and WhatsApp.
Training for your sales team on positioning, how the gel works and how to apply it, how customers buy and use it, and the competition. We run it online or send it as a PDF.
Clear, evidence-grounded USPs for each product. For Scarless: a triple-formula silicone gel — a multi-silicone barrier with squalane and a stable vitamin C derivative — positioned distinctly from plain silicone-only scar gels.
Exclusivity is available to committed partners, subject to market-entry responsibilities, a minimum opening order, annual targets and continued performance. We agree these terms in our first commercial discussions.
Help with getting Scarless into pharmacies and in front of consumers: pricing guidance for your market, a suggested structure for the launch campaign and material for briefing pharmacy staff.
New content, product updates and promotional ideas on a regular basis, and help preparing your own presentations. We stay in touch for as long as the partnership runs.
