Scarless adds squalane and a stable vitamin C derivative to a silicone base.

  • Softens & flattens scars

    The silicone film limits moisture loss from the scar's surface — the core mechanism of silicone scar care — helping new and old scars become flatter and softer over a full course.

  • Helps prevent abnormal scars

    Used early — once the skin has healed — the barrier supports normal scar formation and helps reduce the risk of raised, abnormal scarring.

  • Eases itching & discomfort

    By keeping the scar hydrated, the silicone film may help relieve the itching and discomfort scars can cause. Results vary.

  • Self-drying & invisible

    The gel dries to an invisible, breathable film. Once dry, cosmetics or sunscreen can be applied over it.

Format
A self-drying silicone gel, not a cream or an ointment. A thin layer dries by itself into an invisible silicone film; once it is dry, cosmetics or sunscreen can go over it.
Size
15 g tube.
Routine
A thin layer twice daily, morning and evening, on clean, dry, fully healed skin. Continue for 2–3 months, and longer for older or larger scars.
Who it's for
Healed surgical, C-section and burn scars; hypertrophic and keloid-type scars; and raised acne scars, new or older. Growing or recurrent keloids, and scars that are painful or restrict movement, need medical evaluation.
Not for
Open wounds or broken skin, including incisions before the stitches are out, or anyone with a known allergy to silicone. It does not treat active acne or flat red or dark marks, and it does not fill pitted (depressed) acne scars.
